Can I keep the templates if I cancel my subscription?
You won't be able to keep the templates if you cancel. Since the key to this system is the programming that went into the templates, we don't give away or sell any of the original FLA files that make up the system. As long as you are subscribed, you will have use of our templates.

Can I buy the templates and host them else where?

Can you build a custom website using the FlashCheckout system?
We can create a custom Flash website that uses the self-editable FlashCheckout system. Contact us for more information.

Is there an HTML version of my website for users without Flash?
The system is designed only for Flash delivery of your website. However, if you signup for the Symphony package, we provide you with additional server space for other pages, such as HTML pages, or additional content. You can have the extra pages created by us, or a 3rd party developer. We provide you with FTP access to the server.

What if a visitor to my site doesn't have Flash?
The system will automatically check for the correct version of the Flash player (which most internet users already have) If they need an upgrade to the latest version, or if they don't have a Flash at all, they will be prompted to a page with a free download from Macromedia.com, the creators of Flash.

What is Flash?
Flash is a special add-on to a web browser that enables special "Flash" content to be played. Flash makes websites come alive with animation, movement, music, and other features that are just not possible with a regular HTML website. Your new FlashCheckout website requires your visitors have Flash 6. Most internet users have Flash already (it's blended right into your browser, i.e. Internet Explorer or Netscape) If a visitor to your website does not have flash, your website will test the users system and they will be instructed to load it if they need it. Why do my payments go to Picture This Productions?

How do I change my website pages?
Your website Updater is located at your domain, then "/admin"

What if I have problems with my site?
You can contact us with any problems by email. We will respond within 24 hours.(usually sooner)

What If I want to cancel?
If you want to cancel for ANY reason, you can cancel at any time. Your account will continue to be active for the remainder of your monthly pay period. We can not refund any money already paid. We have time and money invested in setting up your account, which is why we can not refund any of your payments.

How can I pay?
We require you to set up a subscription account with PayPal for payment. They will accept payments from Visa, Master card, Discover, and American Express. They will automatically charge your credit card every month.

How can I make other payments, for custom work?
You can visit our PictureThisProductions support page to make any one time payments.

How does the referral Program work?
For a limited time, If you refer 3 new customers to subscribe to the the FlashCheckout System, Your Paypal account will be credited one-half the amount of your subscription. You will continue to be billed the full amount of your subscription every month, but you will get a credit if your referrals are still subscribed. If you refer 5 new customers, you will be credited the FULL amount of your subscription. Why do we bill you and then credit you? This way your subscription is still in place, and if a referral drops the program, we don't have to sign you up again.

What if I like the templates, but I need additional pages or functionality?
If you subscribe to the Symphony Package, you will have FTP access to your site so you can add additional pages. To create any additional pages, you'll need to pay us, or have someone else create those additional pages. However, with both the Ensemble and Symphony packages, you will be provided with everything you need to create a 6 page website.

Can I have a shopping cart on my website?
Our E-Commerce Package (coming soon) will provide a shopping cart for selling up to 16 products, costing only a small percentage of your sales to cover the merchant fees. Check back later for this great package! Presently, you may link to other e-commerce systems from you site using links from the template pages, or with the Symphony Package, you can add customized pages with the full FTP access to your site.

What if I need help preparing my images?
Contact us and we can help you prepare your images, for an additional cost.

If I own my own domain name, what should the DNS settings be?
You should set the DNS entries to:
NS1.PICTURETHISPRODUCTIONS.COM
NS2.PICTURETHISPRODUCTIONS.COM
Once you have setup your FlashCheckout Template System, you can then change your Domain Name Servers (DNS). To change the DNS you must visit the website/registrar where you currently have your domain name registered and login to your account there to make the DNS change. Change DNS of your domain name to:
NS1.PICTURETHISPRODUCTIONS.COM and
NS2.PICTURETHISPRODUCTIONS.COM.
Once you change the DNS settings, it can take 24 to 72 hours for your domain name to propagate to your new Web hosting account at FlashCheckout.com. If you registered your domain name at FlashCheckout.com your DNS may already be pointing to our servers and you can check by performing a whois look-up.

If you are switching your hosting from another company to FlashCheckout.com, your e-mail will start to be received at our server once your domain name propagates throughout the internet. What if I want more detailed information on the service?
